Rules of Entry and Play at Krazy Kingdom

  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult carer, who must remain within the building at all times. Carers have full responsibility to supervise the children in their care for the duration of their visit.
  • Only children who are under the age of 12 may play on the play frame. (Children who are over this age may accompany younger children).
  • Duration of play is 2 hours.
  • Members of staff monitor the play equipment and have access to First Aid facilities. These staff are not provided to supervise children using the play centre.
  • Height & age restrictions and equipment guidelines are in force for the safety of all children and our members of staff will enforce them.
  • Only food and drink purchased at Krazy Kingdom may be consumed on the premises. The only exception to this is food for babies under 1 and birthday cakes for pre-booked birthday parties.
  • Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
  • No food, drinks or sweets to be taken into the play frame area.
  • SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
  • Wear appropriate clothing, ideally, legs and arms should be covered to minimise the risk of friction burns.
  • Shoes must be removed before entering the play frame area.
  • Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatterproof lens.
  • Remove all valuables and sharp objects e.g. jewellery, pinned badges, watches, belts with large buckles.

 

  • Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play frame area.
  • Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
  • Children should visit the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play frame area.
  • Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. must be conducted in the toilets. We have nappy bins that are emptied throughout the day for your convenience.
  • It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls, system structure, barriers or furniture.
  • Children are not to climb up the slides or play in front of the slide exits.
  • Fighting, bullying, disruptive, destructive or unsuitable behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances and any individuals displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.
  • Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted. Birthday candles will only be lit by a Party Co-ordinator in the designated party room.
  • No video or cameras to be used in the play area, only in the designated party room.
  • Any food debris which falls on the floor must be picked/wiped up as soon as possible, and report any spillages or damage to a member of staff immediately so we can help you clear up any mess and prevent any accidents.
  • Please report any accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence.
